Script

For task 8 of pre production I created a script. My script was derived from my bullet point plan. The bullet point plan is very similar to my "how to: set up a tripod" page as I really liked the way I wrote the step by step and decided there was not much point in changing it, as I thought it described the instructions in a simple and effective way and it was the best it could be.

I wrote the script to fit a tripod with a centre post. After writing my script, I checked my tripods and realized the ones I had didn't have a centre post, so I managed to turn that section of text into a helpful side note. This actually turned out really well when recording, as the video of me extending the legs was quite long, so having that extra side note on my recording fitted in perfectly! Same with the plate, I had written the script for a rectangular one until I realized mine was circular, so I made the necessary changes to the script. For my recording I did not print the script, instead, I viewed it online so that it wouldn't make any noise.
