LOW ANGLE

I used a low angle shot here to convey the vulnerability of the character. It makes it look as if a character of higher importance is talking to the him from the other side.  The low and side angle could be used with a inner voice voiceover to express how he is feeling.

WIDE SHOT

This is an example of  a wide shot. It could be used in a scene panning backwards towards the end of a movie, where the character looks confused, defeated or exhausted.  it could also be used in an end scene where all his surroundings have been destroyed and he is the last person left.

DUTCH TILT

I used a dutch angle shot here to make it look as though the character has spotted something bad. He is pausing and calculating what he should do next. The position of his arms and legs show that he is about to start walking towards it, possibly attempt to defeat it.

CLOSE UP

A close up was used for this shot to capture the characters expression. Obviously in this case, an action figure only has one expression, but it still captures his face and emotion.  It also zooms in on his jacket and outfit detail.

ESTABLISHING SHOT

Here I have used an establishing shot to set the beginning of the scene.  We set the character in a power stance, to make make it look compelling. The camera could pan forward into a close up. This establishing/wide shot captures his fully body and full outfit. Meaning you can see his body language and how he is feeling and being portrayed indirectly.
